An Unforgettable Stay at ITC, Agra — My stay at ITC, Agra was nothing short of extraordinary and truly the best hotel experience I have ever had. From the moment I arrived, everything felt like a dream, from the stunning architecture and immaculate facilities to the peaceful and elegant atmosphere that makes you feel completely relaxed. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional level of service. Every member of the staff was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive, always making sure that every detail was taken care of and that I felt genuinely welcomed throughout my stay. I would especially like to highlight Amartya, whose service was absolutely remarkable. His professionalism, warmth, and dedication went far beyond expectations and truly made my stay memorable. Employees like him are what transform a great hotel into an exceptional one. ITC, Agra exceeded all my expectations, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. I will definitely return and encourage anyone visiting Agra to stay here for an unforgettable experience.

It was very beautiful. The breakfast was delicious.

There's construction on the road out front and the traffic was terrible.

Great spread in breakfast, comfortable rooms, relaxing spa experience, and amazing property overall. We tried out various restaurants in the hotel and they were all top-notch. The entertainment room was wonderful as we played pool, table tennis, air hockey, and carrom board. Travel desk was flexible and accommodating of our needs.

Nothing in particular - all our needs were well taken care of.

The property is absolutely beautiful! The staff is kind and helpful. The room was a generous size.

Ambience

No cultural activities annd high quality experience and the breakfast area has very indecent crowd. Please we’re using used glasses to fill up drinks and some crowd was quite impolite.

Excellent hospitality from the staff, especially Ms Ananna. Restaurants and the breakfast buffet were amazing. Also the gardens and facilities were amazing.

Rooms seemed a bit old but that wasnt much of an issue.

The experience at ITC Mughal was truly magical!A special thank you to Chef Shaktik, who served us absolutely amazing food — every dish was memorable.Mr. Anand showcased exceptional warmth in his hospitality and made us feel genuinely cared for.And a heartfelt thanks to Mr. Sanjoo for his gracious support and attention throughout our stay.We had a wonderful time and look forward to returning soon!

Friendly staff-every single one. And they were that way each of my 7 days at the hotel.Huge bedroom,modern bath,good aircon,good wifi.Lovely swimming pools(2),very good gym had weights and strength training machines.Attractive ,elegant hotel.Expansive grounds ensured quietude. Excellent all day restaurant;even better breakfast,lunch and dinner buffets.Something for every taste. Uber delivered me to the Taj in under 10 -12 minutes each morning. (Glad I opted against the Oberoi which didn't seem that much nicer -based on my visit.)

Hotel bedroom windows do not open,but that seems to be the norm with all hotels at this level in India . Is it because of poor air quality,perhaps?Minor complaint is that dinner buffets start at 7p.m. Who wants to go to sleep on a full stomach?Given that most guests seem to be older,and since most seem to get up very early for tours,it seems that this demographic would prefer buffets to start at 6 or 6:30 at the latest. I know I would have preferred an earlier dinner time.

The property is well situated and quiet. The grounds are beautiful.

It’s actually fairly dirty in hallways, main areas. This is supposed to be a 5 star hotel and as such should be pristine in terms of cleanliness and it’s just up to those standards.

SPA was the only good thing at the property. Rest was ok.

I got diarrhoea after eating in Peshawari ! I suffered for next 5 days , please improve the quality of food!

Service was incredible Location to Taj Mahal is very close & convenient Management provided warm welcome and complimentary drinks in VIp loungeRooms are clean and bed is VERY COMFORTABLE! Pools were very nice!

Only complaint is showers were lukewarm could not get them hot - but was not a big deal just took a fast shower. Haha

Great location (about a mile from the Taj), beautiful premises and grounds, well-appointed rooms and a great spa. Great value for money considering the amazing property.

The only nit I would have to pick it was oftentimes difficult to get the attention waitstaff. A little bit attentiveness on their part would have helped.

Excellent welcome, breezy check-in, and supremely helpful staff during a rather damp and wet morning. The property oozes class while not being overwhelming at the same time. The rooms were impacdebly prepared, and the linen was top notch.

Nothing in particular... toileteries in the bathroom can add a few things more probably....

Location. Perfect if you’re visiting the Taj Mahal and Agra. After doing some research, I’d say it’s probably one of the best options available

Attentive staff at the restaurants. Great food and variety. The guide and tourist services offered were very good.

They need to dehumidify - too much mold in the air and musty smell. The AC were running full blast but did not do anything to control the humidity. I also think the thermostat did not let us change to 'Auto'. So we had to use the 'Low ' setting.
